DLC Diversity Officer Receives Honor from Energy Inclusion Conference

Duquesne Light Company (DLC) Chief Diversity Officer Sara Oliver-Carter was recently named one of the "100 Most Influential Women in Energy" by the Energy Inclusion Conference.

Oliver-Carter, who started at DLC in 2019, works closely with DLC's leadership to mold the organization's diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategy with a focus on talent, acquisition, culture, workplace inclusion and belonging, and community partnerships.

Her passion for advocating for those around her didn't start at DLC; Oliver-Carter held similar roles in higher education (Penn State University) and in health care (Highmark).
