It’s easier than ever for DLC customers to take control of their electric service by switching to paperless. With just a few clicks, you can access your account and billing information online anytime, anywhere.

How to Enroll
To get started, just follow these easy steps:
- Go to our Paperless webpage.
- Click on “Manage Enrollment.”
- Log in to your DLC MyAccount or if you don't have one, click "Register" and follow the instructions.
- Click the toggle button to “on” and enter your email address.
- That’s it — you’re ready to go!
Once enrolled, customers receive DLC communications through email, including a monthly notice when their bill is ready to view. They can also opt into My Alerts to get reminders via text, email and/or voice call — helping them stay organized and avoid missed payments.
Beyond convenience, paperless also offers enhanced security. Digital communications reduce the risk of identity theft and keep your information protected, thanks to encrypted communications and secure account access.
Your Chance to Win $500
While the ease of digital billing is a reward in itself, DLC is launching a sweepstakes today, Nov. 3 to thank customers who go paperless, with ten lucky winners receiving a $500 e-gift card. All new enrollees and existing paperless customers are automatically entered into the sweepstakes.
