Duquesne Light Holdings Announces Jennifer Kustra As New Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

PITTSBURGH — Duquesne Light Holdings (DLH) has appointed Jennifer Kustra to its executive leadership team as vice president, chief human resources officer, effective Aug. 10. In this role, Jenn will enhance employee development, experience and retention efforts while overseeing the company’s core strategic human resources functions, helping build a workforce equipped to deliver exceptional service and meet the evolving energy needs of the communities DLH serves.

Jenn brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the full spectrum of human resources functions at international manufacturing companies with complex, field-based operations. Most recently, she served in several leadership roles at GAF Materials Corp., one of North America’s largest building materials organizations, including vice president of HR. Prior to joining GAF, Jenn held various leadership roles at U.S. Steel, where she developed expertise supporting complex industrial operations and unionized workforces.

Jenn earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Carlow University. She currently serves on the MBA advisory council and visiting committee for West Virginia University’s John Chambers College of Business and Economics.
